Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We provide tracking information once your order has shipped.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@ispeakpets.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is processed.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
